Overview
This gun shares the exact stats with AA-12 Buster, including ZM-related perks. However, it's more powerful and can deal more damage against zombies, making it a step up comparing to AA-12 Buster.

Trivia
- This gun has three BagIcon for three forms (PvP, PvE and PvE Charged), but only two textures are used - the PvE skin is shared with PvP one, unlike AA-12 Buster that has three separate skins.
- The killmark of AA-12-Infection has no handgrip but it shares the normal AA-12 killmark albeit with green color at forearm, body, buttplate and magazine. Only the Charge Mode is using the correct killmark though both PVE and Charge mode its not used in normal mode.
- In CF Philippines, the AA-12 Infection is categorized as a specialized weapon and thus won't drop upon the death of the user.
