MP5-Ultimate Goldsmith is an enhanced version of the MP5 featuring ultimate gold plating with special carvings on its body. It deals slightly more damage than the original and has an extended 40 round magazine (+10).

Trivia[]
- This weapon uses the new model of MP5, which is from MP5-S Ares but without the silencer.
- In CF China this gun incorrectly shares the same suppressed firing sound with MP5-Adv, despite not having a silencer attachment. This was corrected in other versions, that now have the regular unsuppressed firing sound.
- It's unknown why this weapon is called as MP5-A-Ultimate Goldsmith since it doesn't have a silencer like the original MP5-A. Likely because the MP5-Adv is called as "MP5 Silencer" in CF China and the Camo variant is called "MP5-A" instead.
- The skin for this gun is much darker and less shiny in CF Japan, likely because Playgra is too careless to add the main texture for this gun.
- The HUD shows incorrectly that the stock has retracted stock just like MP5-S Ares albeit without silencer in some versions.
