Trivia[]

  • This is the third submachine gun in CrossFire that uses a drum magazine after the Thompson and American-180.
  • This weapon has a similar drawing animation as the Ruger MINI-14 albeit faster, while its reloading animation is similar to Thompson.
  • In CF Vietnam, PPSh-41 was packed along with FAD and Spanner in a "New Era" crate, obviously making no sense because it's a historical gun.
  • This gun has an unusual HUD where characters grab the drum magazine in its upper position instead of sideways (like Call of Duty) or underneath the barrel (Like Medal of Honor Allied Assault: Spreadhead).
  • Like the M12s, the PPSh-41 also has a wrong ejecting port. Instead on the top, it's on the right ejecting the spent cartridge.
  • Like P90, this caliber is severely underpowered in-game it deals with low damage but also the same case with Tokarev TT-33, this might be presumably game balance. In real life, this caliber can penetrate the light bulletproof vest, but in modern-day this caliber became obsolete.
